AppDynamics on Office Lovin’
S’more buffets, game championships, Cinco de Mayo parties: the AppDynamics culture believes in celebrating its collective awesomeness. (The APM solution provider achieved 175 percent growth in 2013). For the company’s new headquarters, CEO Jyoti Bansal challenged F+M to create gathering and collaboration spaces within a tight footprint of 116 square feet per employee. No problem. Each department has its own gathering space, along with phone rooms, chat pods and private conference rooms. The pixelated pattern in the App Dynamics logo found its way to the carpet patterns, lighting, even super graphics wall art. Bansal on the finished product:
