A New Chapter for the Modern Workplace

In partnership with Cushman & Wakefield and Playbook, FENNIE+MEHL has reimagined what it means to come to work in San Francisco. Spanning an entire floor, The Forum at 425 Market encompasses 28,000 square feet of intentionally connected spaces, each one blending hospitality, productivity, community, and wellness for the tenants of 425 Market.

Designed with people at its core, The Forum offers an elevated, tenant-only destination for moments that make the workday meaningful. Expansive boardrooms, flexible training spaces, a modern fitness center, and inviting lounges create a seamless flow between focus and conversation.

Here, every detail supports a new rhythm of work-one defined by comfort, connection, and inspiration. Whether you’re resetting in the fitness center, gathering for lunch in a bespoke lounge, finding quiet focus in a booth, or unwinding with a round at the golf simulator, The Forum meets every moment with intention.
